Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of former art gallery space in the Heart of the Old Town Scottsdale Art District. 7103 E. Main, LLC bought the commercial space at 7103, 7113 & 7117 E. Main Street in Scottsdale, AZ for $1,525,000. The seller was Jo-Anne Austin Trust. Geoff Turbow of Levrose Commercial Real Estate facilitated the sale.
Klusman Family Holdings, LLC has purchased a pair of freestanding office buildings across the street from Phoenix Children’s Hospital on Thomas Road in Phoenix. The properties, located at 1830 E. Thomas Road and 1832 & 1836 E. Thomas Road, were purchased for a total of $1.1 million. Zak Kottler of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sales.

McQueen Road in Chandler, AZ for $915,000. The seller was KC Propco, LLC. Matt Leonard of Levrose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale.

San Alberto Drive in Scottsdale, AZ. The two-story office building sold for $900,000. The sale was facilitated by Geoff Turbow and Kelly O’Dea of Levrose/TCN Worldwide. The buyer is GMP Management, LLC.
Python Partners, LLC has purchased a 10,750 square foot Phoenix industrial manufacturing building from RML Investments, LLC. The Phoenix industrial building located at 3749 E. Atlanta Avenue in Phoenix, AZ, sold for $1,002,438. Matt Leonard of Levrose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale.
Porch Arcadia, LLC has leased 4,314 square feet of Phoenix restaurant space at 4017 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. The lease was facilitated by Greg Vanlerberghe of Levrose Commercial Real Estate.
