Sale Transactions:

 

Kelly O’Dea of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale of a 10,330-square-foot medical office building at 7600 E. Camelback Road in Scottsdale, AZ for $1,850,000. The buyer is 7600 E. Camelback, LLC. The seller was Scottsdale-Camelback Professional Plaza.

 

Stella Marina, LLC purchased Phoenix office space at 8686 E. San Alberto Dr, Scottsdale. The 7,105 square foot free-standing office building sold for $1,250,000. Joe Cosgrove of Levrose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale.

 

Third Quarter Offices II, LLC has purchased a 7,743 square foot of office condo from VBGS, LLC. The office condo, located at 7077 E. Marilyn Road in Scottsdale, AZ, sold for $1,850,000. Geoff Turbow of Levrose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale.

 

Trenton McCullough of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale of a 14,358 square foot commercial property at 3450 E. Southern Avenue in Mesa, AZ for $1,340,000. The buyer is PARC, LLC. The seller was Val Vista Investments, LLC.

 

Lease Transactions:

 

A therapy group has leased 4,850 square feet of medical office space at 9150 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. The lease was facilitated by Aaron Norwood of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide.

 

A non-profit agency that specializes in Residential Group Home and Outpatient Clinic programs has leased 4,572 square feet of warehouse space at 7150 W. Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, AZ. The lease was facilitated by Aaron Norwood of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide.

 

Kelly O’Dea of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide facilitated the lease of a 2,600 square foot office space at 5111 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ. The tenant is a nutrition and wellness company.
