The Tucson office of the Land Advisors Organization, the nation’s largest land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of 480 acres in the La Estancia de Tucson master planned community, located within the heart of Tucson’s immediate and future employment center with ideal proximity to the I-10, featuring two full interchanges at Wilmot Road and Kolb Road.

The La Estancia community, located at the NWC of Kolb and I-10 provides a complimentary mix of uses while filling the need for planned development within the Tucson metro area. La Estancia includes residential, commercial, light industrial, public facilities, recreational and open space uses.
The acreage was being sold by La Estancia 525, LLC (Richard Price, Managing Partner) and was purchased for $17,080,500, by SBH La Estancia, LP (Sunbelt Holdings).

When fully developed, La Estancia will consist of 1,500 – 2,000 homes, 51 acres of commercial use and 24 acres of light industrial space, in addition to parks and open space. 10 acres are currently reserved for a possible elementary school.
Land Advisors Organization will also be handling the marketing and disposition of lots to homebuilders.
