Kathy Foster, senior vice president with Colliers International in Greater Phoenix, has been recognized by the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business with a 2017 Journal Award. She is one of two commercial real estate professionals to receive the honor.
Foster, an office properties specialist, was honored at the annual awards presentation for having contributed greatly to the industry and provided service to the community. She is recognized for her team approach to commercial real estate, demonstrating a talent for leadership that fosters collaboration for the benefit of clients and fellow professionals. Foster works with a multitude of office tenants, many of which are meaningful non-profits in our community. She has a persistent drive to better the “common good” and has led her team to give back a portion of every fee made on a non-profit lease as a contribution to the charity client. Kathy serves on many of boards, helping to find the best vendors for their projects, sponsoring their events and enhancing their business performance. Foster is a board member with AASK and Seedspot Colliers AZ Cares.
The Arizona School of Real Estate & Business is one of the largest schools of its kind in the nation and one of the oldest real estate schools established in Arizona.
