JENNIFER BERGAMO JOINS CBRE HOTELS AS VICE PRESIDENT

CBRE Hotels announced that Jennifer Bergamo has joined CBRE Hotels as a vice president. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Ms. Bergamo will focus on institutional hotel sales throughout the Western U.S.

Ms. Bergamo is a hospitality veteran of over 20 years, with experience consisting of hotel real estate development, business development, sales and marketing and hotel operations.

 

“Jennifer is a well-established and highly respected hospitality expert with strong industry relationships spanning several decades,” said Kevin Mallory, senior managing director and global head, CBRE Hotels. “We look forward to the key contributions she will provide our hotel investment sales platform in the region.”

 

Previously, in the role of Director of Franchise Development West Coast for Marriott International, Ms. Bergamo was responsible for growing Starwood’s portfolio for Luxury Collection, Westin, Le Meridien, Tribute Portfolio, Sheraton, aloft, Element and Four Points by Sheraton in the Western U.S. via conversions, adaptive-reuse and new development projects. Jennifer signed the first West Coast Tribute Portfolio opportunities as well as the first Element in Northern California, while doubling the aloft footprint in California and tripling the Element brand portfolio in the West.

Ms. Bergamo started her career at The Phoenician Resort where she launched a small business within the resort and was the Director of Destination Services. Afterwards, she joined Marriott International as National Director – Business Development, where she was responsible for delivering global growth to Starwood Hotels by growing the development pipeline across all segments and project types.
