Irgens – Phoenix has announced development completion of its Ascend at Chandler Airport Center building, located at the northwest corner of South Cooper and East Germann roads in Chandler.
The 81,712-square-foot flex/office building is expandable to 162,000 square feet with addition of a second level. The building is located within the Chandler Airport Center, a multi-building corporate business park situated just off the SanTan Loop 202 at the Cooper Road interchange. When fully built out, the park will feature nearly 400,000 square feet of the Valley’s most innovative workspace.

Ascend at Chandler Airport Center was developed by Irgens. Balmer Architectural Group served as architect for the project and construction was handled by Chasse Building Team. In addition to this building, other sites within the park are available for build-to-suit projects.
