With an aggregate score of 84 on a scale of 0 – 100, Liv Avenida is the only Arizona apartment community ranking in the top 100.

Arbors of Traverse, in Traverse City, Michigan, ranked 83rd in the nation, while Wildwood Meadows in Ludington, Mich. and Liv Ahwatukee in Phoenix, ranked third and fifth for the best online reputations in their respective states.

“ORA© Power Rankings brings clarity to a property’s online reputation by standardizing how the perceptions are measured,” Joseph Batdorf, president of J Turner research, said. “With a growing number of apartment-review websites, it can be confusing to distinctly assess a property’s digital reputation across multiple platforms. Through this process, J Turner has established a definitive score for properties, which can help owners get a clear-cut picture of their performance in the digital marketplace.”

IPA’s communities offer state-of-the-art amenities to residents 24/7 including resort-style pools and spas, outdoor televisions, fully equipped fitness centers, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, game rooms, enclosed bark parks, walking paths, and more. Concierge services, valet recycling/trash services, fitness classes, mobile massage, dry cleaning and other high-end amenities also are available.

IPA partner Scott Brooks said, “With physical settings and amenities designed to help people live fuller lives, our communities encourage residents to embrace the company’s values by offering daily opportunities for residents to enjoy activities and events centered on community, wellness, technology and sustainability.”

“Our goal is to create communities where residents feel connected. We strive to provide meaningful experiences through thoughtfully planned events, amenities and genuine, caring team members. We are very proud our hard work has been recognized by JTurner’s ranking report, and even more proud of our teams for following through on our commitment,” Heidi Arave, regional property manager added.
