EASTVALE, Calif. – [January 5, 2018] – Evergreen Development Company, with offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver and Salt Lake City, announced today that the 20,762 square-feet of multi-tenant shops at Eastvale Marketplace are 100 percent leased.
Eastvale Marketplace is a Smart & Final anchored shopping center located at the northeast corner of Limonite and Sumner Avenues in Eastvale, California. The Center includes four pads and two multi-tenant shops buildings – a high-profile pad located on Limonite Avenue is the only remaining leasing opportunity. The overall Center is 96 percent leased with a dynamic assortment of category-leading tenants.
So far, a total of 15 businesses have signed on to be part of the 73,000-square-foot upscale marketplace, including numerous restaurants and local service providers. Many of the tenants are opening their first location in Eastvale.
“We are particularly excited about this project and the City of Eastvale has been great to work with,” said Chris Bergren, Principal of Evergreen Development. “The retail mix of Eastvale Marketplace complements the culture and growing population base of the Eastvale community, and the new-to-market concepts and variety of service offerings will be ideal to serving the needs of Eastvale residents and visitors.”
Eastvale Marketplace is anchored by Smart & Final Extra!, which caters to both local residents and businesses and offers a full produce selection, expanded deli and meat sections, and more perishable items. In addition to the grocery store, Eastvale Marketplace will feature a mix of restaurants, including Crazy Crab, Burgerim, Creamistry, El Pollo Loco, Miguel’s Jr. Homestyle Mexican Food, Pieology, Poke Delight and Ten Ren’s Tea Time.
Service-oriented retailers include CareMore Pharmacy, EcoCleaners, Les Schwab Tire Center, Mathnasium, Mes Amies Nail and Beauty Spa, Pacific Dental Services and TotalCare Walk-In Clinic.
The development site sits on 7.64 acres of land. Santa Ana, Calif.-based Moorefield Construction is the contractor for Eastvale Marketplace, which was designed by Pasadena, Calif.-based McKently Malak Architects. For further leasing info, please contact Bryan Lamond at 602-808-8600.
