Estrella by Newland Communities Hires New Marketing Manager

Nationwide real estate development company, Newland Communities, has hired Kimberly Banach as Marketing Manager for its master-planned community, Estrella.  In this role, Banach will be responsible for executing marketing and brand strategy initiatives for the community. Other duties include building relationships with home-builders and real estate professionals, and cultivating partnerships with residents, local businesses and schools.

“We are excited to have someone with such an extensive skillset as Kimberly’s join the team at Estrella,” said Bill Olson, Newland Communities Senior Vice President and Division Manager. “Her addition to our staff will be vital to the continued growth of our vibrant community.”


Banach brings more than 15 years of marketing and real estate experience to Estrella, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Prior to joining Estrella, she was the Vice President of the American Arbitration Association and most recently, the Marketing Coordinator for real estate development corporation, DMB. Inc. Banach has also offered her expertise as a private marketing consultant to a variety of businesses.

Banach grew up in Sedona and now resides in Buckeye with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, reading and giving back to the community through volunteerism and philanthropy. Banach is currently involved with Feed My Starving Children, the Phoenix Rescue Mission, The Giving Tree Council, and is a volunteer mediation coordinator for Community Legal Services.
