VanTrust Real Estate (VanTrust), a full-service real estate development company with headquarters in Phoenix, is pleased to announced Dave Denley, LEED AP, as Director of Development Services. In the role, he will work closely with the development team to plan, direct, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of VanTrust projects.
Following the company announcement, Denley said that he was drawn to VanTrust, “because of their ability to be nimble as a developer, listen to the marketplace, understand what it needs and respond accordingly.”
According to Keith Earnest, Executive Vice President of VanTrust, “Dave will be highly involved in the engagement and oversight of contractors, designers, engineers and consultants working on VanTrust’s upcoming speculative project, Vantage West, a three-building, 160-acre industrial park in Buckeye, Ariz.” Construction is slated to commence in Q4 2017.
Denley brings over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate as a preconstruction manager and project manager in California and Illinois, with a few of his most notable projects being W.W. Grainger, Inc., an 820,000-square-foot, build-to-suit distribution center, and Keystone West Building A, a 529,000-square-foot industrial warehouse, both in Patterson, Calif. “My design/build background aligns with the philosophies here at VanTrust, and I hope to draw from and incorporate my expertise into helping develop and deliver.”
In addition to being recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional, Denley is actively involved with NAIOP, graduating from the NAIOP-SoCal Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Young Professionals Group in 2012, and holds an Associate Constructor Certification (AC) through the American Institute of Constructors.
Originally from Chicago, Denley received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa, and recently moved to Arizona from Southern California.
