Daum Phoenix Promotes Top Brokers

Daum Commercial Real Estate Services of Phoenix has promoted top brokers Chris Rogers and Trevor McKendry to vice president and associate vice president, respectively.

Rogers and McKendry, both highly accomplished industrial investment professionals, had an outstanding year in 2016, assisting in the transaction of a

$7 million, 22-acre industrial land purchase and a $3.57 million sale of an industrial warehouse, along with several other significant transactions throughout the year. They specialize in sales and leasing of industrial and office properties in Deer Valley and Central Phoenix.

In 2013, Rogers held the most transactions completed for Daum Phoenix, and assisted in one of Daum Phoenix’s largest sale in 2014 for $21.6 million. Rogers has been with Daum Phoenix for nearly seven years, after graduating from University of Arizona with a bachelor of science degree in regional development.

McKendry joined Daum Phoenix in 2011 after receiving a bachelor of science in business administration, majoring in finance from University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. He applies his analytical abilities and financial background to advise corporations and investors with strategic and optimal real estate solutions. McKendry is a member of the commercial real estate development association, NAIOP.
