Daum Names Top Producers for 2016

Robert Lundstedt, first vice president of Daum Phoenix, has more than 35 years of experience in the industry and has a total transaction value in excess of $1 billion. Bob was responsible for a twenty-acre industrial land purchase which will be developed into several hundred thousand feet of industrial buildings and a multimillion dollar industrial warehouse transaction in 2016.

David Wilson, executive vice president of Daum Phoenix, has been a consistent top producer for the real estate company. He specializes in the sale of industrial and investment properties and large tracts of land in metro Phoenix. A 30-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Wilson was responsible for the sale of a large multi-tenant industrial complex as well as sale-leaseback of a medical office complex in 2016.

Chris Rogers, vice president of Daum Phoenix, specializes in industrial building and investment property sales in Deer Valley and Central Phoenix, and assisted Lundstedt with both major transactions as well as a multimillion dollar sale of an industrial building. He has been with Daum Phoenix for more than six years.
