CBRE announced today that Daniel Wesson has joined the firm’s Tucson office as Vice President. Mr. Wesson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over three decades of experience supporting clients through his comprehensive knowledge of brokerage, development, rezoning and acquisition of multifamily investment properties.
Now part of CBRE’s Multifamily team, Mr. Wesson will leverage his extensive expertise to deliver the highest quality acquisition and strategic advisory services to clients across Arizona.

Before joining CBRE, Mr. Wesson entered the industry with Grubb & Ellis Company in 1985. He went on to establish his own commercial real estate firm, The Waterfall Group, in 1995. During his 30 years of working in commercial real estate, Mr. Wesson was responsible for the acquisition of over $250 million of real estate assets and the sale of over 14,000 family units across the United States. In addition to his multifamily experience, he has completed several million square feet of transactions across various property types.
