Cushman & Wakefield Selected by the State of Arizona

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by the State of Arizona, as one of two vendors, to provide Commercial Real Estate Broker Services statewide.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Moser, Michael Sutton, Brooks Griffith, Mike Haenel, Will Strong, Jeff Wentworth, Mike Beall and Brent Mallonee, along with Richard Kleiner and Robert Glaser of PICOR, make up the key personnel team of 10 experts who specialize in the marketing of land, office, industrial and retail properties.

The Cushman & Wakefield team will provide real estate services to the State to develop and execute a strategic real estate plan resulting in the identification of the best strategies for disposition of the State’s real estate assets.
