CommLoan, a revolutionary commercial mortgage real estate lending platform, announced today that Peeyush Dayal has joined the company’s leadership team as Chief Technology Officer. Dayal, who has been instrumental since the company’s inception, will oversee the company’s technological assets and drive the innovation strategy.
“We are very pleased to have Peeyush join the team,” said Mitch Ginsberg, CEO of CommLoan. “His IT experience and knowledge of software integration coupled with creating and executing innovative technology resource solutions will enhance CommLoan’s ability to capture new opportunities both internally and in the marketplace.”
Dayal brings more than 20 years of IT and operational leadership experience, having worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. Dayal has been a part of CommLoan since its inception, having helped in the creation of the first true marketplace platform, CUPID™. With its platform, CommLoan is the first company ever to create a marketplace capable of sorting through thousands of lenders and potentially tens of thousands of loan programs, matching commercial mortgage borrowers with the perfect loan product—making the process efficient for both lenders and borrowers.
“I can’t think of a more exciting time to join the team at CommLoan,” says Dayal. “The innovation and collaboration that drives this marketplace brings about unprecedented opportunities.”
Dayal helped in CommLoan’s recent expansion and operations in the U.S. and abroad in India. He joins CommLoan after heading an India-based open source web development company he started 10 years ago. Before starting his own company, Dayal served as Vice President of Operations at Kavi Corporation.
