The medical building equaled approximately ±12,912 square feet and is located in 1455 W. Chandler Blvd. Eric Jones of CPI’s Investment Specialist Team represented the tenant, East Valley Family Physicians (EVFP Properties, LLC).
Jones commented, “The buyer, Heritage Partners LLC, is a 1031 investor group out of California, which purchased the property at a 7.25% CAP rate. East Valley Family Physicians is one of the largest family practitioner groups in the entire Phoenix metropolitan area and will remain onsite as the tenant.”
Lee & Associates of Riverside, California represented Heritage Partners, LLC, who acquired the properties for $3,300,000.
