The building is approximately 81,060 square feet, located just north of Peoria Avenue and visible from the Loop 101 Freeway. Chad Ackerley of CPI’s Industrial Team represented the buyer, Precision Fleet Services.

Precision Fleet Services purchased the property for $3.9 million.
