TEMPE, ARIZ. –Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) recently promoted Jon-Paul (JP) Jaramillo to talent acquisition manager.

Jaramillo has been with Sundt for over six years serving as a senior talent acquisition specialist. During those years, he also helped build a talent acquisition team which now consists of four talent acquisition specialists, a recruiting administrator and a college/university recruiting specialist. Together as a team, Sundt’s talent acquisition group has hired and on-boarded over 1,500 administrative professionals and just over 400 interns since 2012.
A native of Arizona, born and raised in Phoenix, Jaramillo has been in the talent acquisition industry since 2007 specializing in the information technology and construction sectors.
