Phoenix – May 14, 2019 – CBRE announced that Dana Summers has been promoted to Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance in Phoenix. Since joining CBRE, Summers has been directly involved in structuring and closing more than $7 billion in debt and equity transactions throughout Arizona and the US.
With broad expertise across various capital sources, he regularly collaborates with major real estate funds including life insurance companies, pension funds, commercial and investment banks, government agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac FHA), credit companies, conduit/securitized lenders, and offshore investors as well as local private capital investors. He has extensive experience in securing financing for institutional clients across all commercial property types including office, industrial, retail and multifamily.
Summers holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.
