Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently negotiated the sale of a 93,500-square-foot Class A industrial building at the Chandler Corporate Center for $6.39 million, or $70 a square foot.
Desert Palm Management Group of Phoenix acquired the building and plans to hold the property for the long term. The seller was Pathfinder TRF. M. LLC of Tempe.
Greg Hopley, executive vice president in Colliers International’s Scottsdale office, served as the buyer’s broker. Pathfinder did not have a broker.
“This building is an excellent investment opportunity in one of the fastest growing regions of the Phoenix area,” Hopley said.
The commercial building was constructed in 2007. It is located at 450 N. McClintock Drive in Chandler and is situated on seven acres. The property is near the Chandler Municipal Airport, I-10, Loop 101 and Loop 202.
Current tenants include Creative Leather and SW Bakery (Dunkin’ Donuts), among others.
