Debuting in the popular Pecos Ranch Shopping Plaza (Whitestone REIT), Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers brings its fun-loving atmosphere and classic American fare to the Chandler neighborhood.
This location is the third location in the Valley. It spans 6,000 square feet of indoor dining and an expansive patio, making it the largest Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers in the Phoenix-metro area.
“We have been wanting to expand into the east valley for some time, and this site looked perfect as it offers great visibility,” said S. Barrett Rinzler, owner of the Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers new Chandler location. “We are extremely happy and proud to be able to bring our brand to the east valley and look forward to serving the community for years to come.”
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers’ signature items are sure to impress — half-pound burgers that are hand-formed from fresh ground chuck are award winning. The ever-rotating selection of beer consists of about 150 choices at any given time.
However, the restaurant’s offerings are not limited to these classic American favorites. Comfort dishes like the mac-n-cheese, slow-roasted prime dip, club and buffalo chicken sandwich featuring housemade buffalo sauce, hand-crafted salads and the charbroiled hotdog are just a few of the popular menu items. Equipped with about 40 high-definition televisions and planned showings of major sports games and UFC fights, the Chandler location also offers patrons a number of specials, including a regular happy hour and themed nights.
With two other locations already open and thriving and more locations in the works, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is the successful creation of Rinzler who also launched Martini Ranch, Wasted Grain and Arcadia Tavern. He brings more than 20 years of restaurant experience, including opening concepts in San Diego and Denver.
The Chandler location is open from Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
