Cleveland-based Stark Enterprises Purchases Retail Center in Goodyear for $49.1 Million

Goodyear Lands Major Buyer of The Market at Estrella Falls

Goodyear, Ariz. — Stark Enterprises, based in Cleveland, Ohio, purchases $49.1 million ($172.36 per foot) to acquire 284,863 SF of retail space in The Market at Estrella Falls retail center.

The 40.17 acres of retail buildings purchased by Stark Enterprises was developed from 2008 – 2016 by Macerich affiliate Westcor Partners and Globe Corporation in Scottsdale.

Tenants of the retail space include: T.J. Maxx, Old Navy, Burlington, Staples, Petco, HomeGoods, C-A-L Ranch Stores, Shoe Carnival, and Dollar Tree. Party City is set to open the first quarter of 2019. While the new owner is set to take over leasing, NAI Horizon’s Gabe Ortega, Shelby Tworek, Chris Gerow, and Patrick Anthon have been handing it prior to the purchase.

According to Stark Enterprises, the company owns more than 7 million SF of retail, office, multifamily and hotel properties in Ohio, Arizona, California, Texas, and New York.
