CIRE Equity Selects DTZ to Market Two Retail Centers in Arizona

DTZ, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that CIRE Equity has awarded DTZ Retail the marketing assignment for Valley Plaza in Tempe, Ariz., and Glendale Market Square in Glendale, Ariz.

DTZ Retail Vice President Chris Hollenbeck, Associate Vice President Brad Douglass and Associate Sean Lieb have the leasing assignment for the two neighborhood retail centers.

Glendale Market Square

Valley Plaza is a ±145,000 square foot retail center located on the northeast corner of Southern Avenue and McClintock Drive. Anchor tenants include US Foods and Ross Dress for Less. The property has excellent ingress and egress on both Southern and McClintock with average daily vehicle counts ranging from 31,026 to 44,224. Valley Plaza currently has ±22,580 square feet of available space.

Glendale Market Square is a ±221,388 square foot retail center located on the northeast corner of 59th Avenue and Bell Road. Anchor tenants include Floor & Décor, EJ’s Auction and Lina Home Furniture. Located just south of Arrowhead Ranch, Glendale Market Square has a population of over 324,000 within five miles of the retail center.

There is currently ±14,000 square feet of available space at Glendale Market Square.

CIRE Equity is a California-based private real estate investment company with offices in La Jolla and Beverly Hills. It purchased Valley Plaza and Glendale Market Square this year.

The properties were the fifth and sixth properties purchased in Arizona.
