The Urban Land Institute Arizona’s 9th Annual Real Estate Trends Day is of interest to everyone involved in Arizona real estate. Because of this, we have provided an in-depth preview of the event, including a schedule of speakers and information on the keynote speaker. The day-long conference, which takes place on February 19 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, promises to include need-to-know information and trends concerning the immediate future of the real estate market at a local, state and national level. Thirty-five speakers will participate to discuss the effect emerging trends will have on both the public and private sectors.
As always, our sector updates section includes expert analysis and opinions concerning a variety of important topics. In this issue, we have an update on the Arizona market from Land Advisors Organization in addition to two legal updates addressing topics of immediate interest to the real estate community.
