CBRE’s Andrew Fosberg Promoted to Senior Vice President

CBRE announced today that Andrew Fosberg has been promoted to Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets. Mr. Fosberg has been with CBRE since 2004 where he specializes in retail investment sales, specifically shopping centers and net-leased properties across Arizona and the southwestern U.S. A real estate professional with more than 13 years in investment advisory services, Mr. Fosberg has represented both buyers and sellers in more than 250 transactions totaling over $1 billion.

“Andrew is a proven leader and essential part of our local CBRE Capital Markets team, and his promotion to Senior Vice President is well-deserved,” said Craig Henig, senior managing director and market leader, Southwest Market Area. “He has consistently leveraged CBRE’s extensive investor network to maximize the market positioning and financial return for each his clients’ assets.”


He is active in several organizations including the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers, in addition to serving as the Mission Council chairperson at his church.


A 30-year resident of Arizona, Mr. Fosberg received his Bachelor’s of Science in finance from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business.
