CBRE Releases Recent Tucson Transaction Report

CBRE’s Tucson office has released the following recent transaction report:
USAVA Lending leased 1,521 sq. ft. of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center. The tenant was represented by Tim DeNiro with Commercial Group of Tucson. The landlord was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE.
TMC Holdings, Inc. purchased a 13,001 sq. ft. office project at 5350 and 5390 E. Erickson Dr. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with CBRE. The buyer was self-represented. The property commanded a sale price of $2.3 million.
Tanque Verde Pediatrics purchased a 7,238 sq. ft. medical office property at 7507 E. Tanque Verde. The buyer was represented by Bruce Suppes and David Volk with CBRE. The seller was represented by Robert Nolan with Oxford Realty. The sale price was $675,000.

 

Metro Title Agency of Arizona leased 4,071 sq. ft. of office space at 301 W. Ajo way. The tenant was represented by Jeff Casper with CBRE.

 

OVP Lot 10, LLC purchased 0.26 acres of land at Old Vail Plaza, located on the NWC of Houghton Road & Old Vail Road and has plans to develop a multi-tenant retail building of approximately 7,200 sq. ft. Nancy McClure and Michael Laatsch with CBRE represented the seller.

 

Sparke and Splash Pool Care leased 1,200 sq. ft. of retail space at The Shoppes at Tangerine Crossing. Nancy McClure and Dave Blanchette, CCIM with CBRE represented the tenant. Aaron Laprise with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.

Circle K Stores has purchased 2,480 sq. ft. building at 3065 S. Kinney Road. Michael Laatsch with CBRE represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.

Care ATC leased 1,763 sq.ft. of medical space at 5225 E. Knight Drive. Rick Kleiner with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Jeff Casper with CBRE.

 

Mattamy Tucson leased 8,350 sq. ft. of office space, including a 2,500 sf showroom, at La Paloma Corporate Center. James Hardman with DESCO Southwest represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE.

 

Peoples Mortgage leased 1,804 sq. ft. of office space at 6640 N. Oracle Road. The tenant was represented by Bruce Suppes with CBRE. The landlord was represented by Jeff Casper, also with CBRE.

 

Community Bridges expanded from 20,000 sq. ft. to 38,562 sq. ft. of office space at 250 S. Toole Avenue. John Slattery, Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum with CBRE represented the landlord. Todd Noel with Colliers International represented the tenant.

 

The Better Business Bureau of Tucson has elected to relocate its offices to downtown. Bruce Suppes and Dave Volk with CBRE represented both landlord and tenant in their relocation to 120 N. Stone Avenue. The Better Business Bureau expects to open their new office by January 1.
