Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney of CBRE represented the landlord, Copper Pointe Business Park, LLC, in the transaction.
Wal-Mart Stores East, LP leased 45,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 6630 S. Memorial Place in Century Park. Carol Taubman of Westgate Properties represented the tenant. John Slattery, Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum of CBRE represented the landlord, Levin Family LP, in the transaction.
Doug Newborn Law Firm, PLLC leased 1,762 sq. ft. of office space at 1 South Church Avenue. Jeff Casper of CBRE represented the landlord, 1 SC Partners, LLC, in the transaction.
