Preferred Homecare leased 19,500 sq. ft. of industrial property located at 2155 N. Forbes Blvd. The tenant was represented by Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum of CBRE.
Melco, LLC purchased a 9,180 sq. ft. free standing retail building at 100 Tree Top Ave. in Sierra Vista, AZ. The buyer was represented by David Blanchette of CBRE. The Seller was also represented by David Blanchette of CBRE. The sale price was $575,000.
Total Renal Care, Inc leased 7,828 sq. ft. of medical office space at 1521 E. Tangerine Road. The tenant was represented by Keith Lammerson of Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord was represented by David Volk and Bruce Suppes of CBRE.
Movement for Life, Inc leased a 3,208 sq. ft. retail property at 101 S. La Canada Drive in the Green Valley Village shopping center. The tenant was represented by Brenna Lacey of the Volk Company. Michael Laatsch and Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the landlord.
Aerovation, Inc leased a 34,626 sq. ft. hangar on 1070 E. Valencia Road at Tucson International Airport. The Tucson Airport Authority was represented by Tim Healy, Bob DeLaney and Ian Stuart of CBRE.
