Bruce Suppes and Dave Volk with the CBRE’s Tucson Office signed two leases at Tucson Mountain Medical Park at 1773 W. St. Mary’s Road, bringing the center to 100 percent occupancy. Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery leased 1,580 sq. ft., and Bayada Home Health Care leased 1,364 sq. ft. Bayada was represented by Gary Best with Keller Williams Southern Arizona Realty.
Tucson Counseling leased 803 sq. ft. of office space at 7070 N. Oracle Road. Bruce Suppes and David Volk represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
First Financial Equity Corp. leased 4,520 sq. ft. of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with Tucson’s CBRE office represented the landlord. Jeff Casper with CBRE’s Tucson office and Bryce Terveen with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the tenant.
Mercury Ventures Inc. renewed 903 sq. ft. and signed a new lease for 532 sq. ft. of office space at Broadway Proper. The transaction was handled by Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson Office.
National Community Health Partners renewed 2,814 sq. ft. of office space at Rillito Corporation Park. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
Fidelity National Title leased 1,987 sq. ft. of office space at Kolb Executive Park. The landlord was represented by Diana Dessy of Anthem Equity Group. The tenant was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with CBRE’s Tucson Office.
