CBRE Releases Recent Transaction Report

Tucson, AZ – January 12, 2018 – CBRE’s Tucson office has released the following recent transaction report:

 

220 Properties, LLC purchased a 41,134 sq. ft. office building at 8950 N. Oracle Road. Jon O’Shea of Vast Commercial represented the buyer. Buzz Isaacson of CBRE represented the seller, Nu-Vista 8950, LLC, in the transaction. The sales price was $4,500,000.

 

AZHEM, LLC purchased 1,844 sq. ft. of office space at 328 N Church Avenue. Jason Hisey of the Ray Schneider Company represented the buyer. Buzz Isaacson of CBRE represented the seller, Barela Mortgage, LLC, in the transaction. The sales price was $405,000.

 

Forensic Logic, LLC leased 12,036 sq. ft. of office space at 177 North Church Avenue in the Transamerica Building.  Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the tenant. Buzz Isaacson of CBRE represented the landlord, TA Building Corp, in the transaction.

 

Edward Jones & Co leased 843 sq. ft. of office space at Top of Swan Foothills Professional Offices. Ryan McGregor and Isaac Figueroa of Cushman Wakefield| PICOR represented the tenant. Jeff Casper of CBRE represented the landlord, Swan/Skyline Plaza, LLC, in the transaction.
