Dr. Santiago Ramirez purchased a 4,014 sq. ft. office building at 3945 Fort Lowell in the Puente Nuevo Plaza. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE represented the buyer in the transaction. The Purchase price was $680,887.
DHAN Management purchased a 2,490 sq. ft. fast food building at 4352 E. Speedway Boulevard for $730,000. Bryan Ledbetter of Western Retail Advisors represented the buyer. Michael Laatsch of CBRE represented the seller, Speedway Properties LLC, in the transaction.
Machine Solutions, Inc. leased 18,779 sq. ft. of industrial space at 3440 Britannia Drive in the Britannia Business Center. Ryan Timpani of Colliers International represented the tenant. Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum of CBRE represented the landlord, Britannia Tucson, LLC, in the transaction.
HM Management LLC, leased 1,116 sq. ft. of office space at 5055 E. Broadway Boulevard in the New World Plaza. David Volk of CBRE represented the tenant. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE represented the landlord, Pacific Income Properties, LLC, in the transaction.
Three Wells Distilling Company leased 844 sq. ft. of retail space 13 N Stone Avenue in Downtown Tucson. Michael Laatsch of CBRE represented the tenant and the landlord, BC Limited, LLC, in the transaction.
