Cassidy Turley Represents National Credit Union Administration in Lease

Cassidy Turley announced it successfully negotiated a lease renewal on behalf of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) at Papago Buttes Corporate Plaza, 1230 W. Washington Street. Mark Seale and Peter Menna with Cassidy Turley’s Office Tenant Representation Group negotiated the transaction on behalf of National Credit Union. Tony Hepner with Metro Commercial Properties, the building’s property management company, represented the landlord Principal Financial Group.

NCUA is the independent federal agency that regulates charters and supervises federal credit unions. The Papago Buttes location is the Region 5 Headquarters for NCUA. Seale negotiated the original lease for the agency at the building in 2003.

Papago Buttes Corporate Plaza is a ±504,000-square-foot, three building office complex at the northwest corner of Washington Street and Priest Drive.
