DJ3, LLC (dba Spectrum Mechanical & Service Contractors, LLC) purchased the Tempe property for $1.24 million. Ordway ETAL purchased the Phoenix property for $728,000. Cassidy Turley’s Paul Sweetland, SIOR represented the buyer in the Tempe transaction. Sweetland and Pete Klees the seller in the Phoenix transaction.

The building includes ±2,832 square feet of office and the remaining ±5,985 square feet is warehouse. The property included a fenced yard/parking area. Ordway ETAL, a California based buyer, plans to open a printing business at the location. Cassidy Turley had the marketing assignment on the bank-owned/REO property for Washington Federal out of Seattle.
