FP Real Estate Holding, LLC dba Sonoran Spine Center (Phoenix, AZ) purchased the property for $1,375,447 ($102.49/psf) from Southwest Value Partners (Phoenix, AZ). Executive Managing Director Jeffery Wentworth and Vice President Sean Spellman, with Cassidy Turley’s Office Group, represented the Seller while Fletcher Perry of Colliers International represented the Buyer.
