The lots are located within the Spectrum at Val Vista community in Gilbert, offering future home owners many nearby amenities and a high quality of life.
The borrower required a certain and expeditious close due to an impending loan maturity, as well as a loan pay-down structure that would correspond with lot sales. Using the Artemis direct lending bridge platform, Artemis was able to close prior to loan maturity and offer the structure necessary.
