AMKOR TECHNOLOGY CELEBRATES THE OPENING OF ITS NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN TEMPE, ARIZ.

Amkor Technology, a leading provider of semiconductor
packaging and test services, joined Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell, Ryan Companies US, Inc., ASU
representatives and other community leaders to officially open the doors of Amkor’s new corporate
headquarters today.

Located in the Arizona State University Research Park (ASURP), the 101,949 square foot, two-story
office building at 2045 E. Innovation Circle was constructed by builder/developer, Ryan Companies in
just nine months. The facility features an open office concept for approximately 350 employees—
complete with large training and conference areas.

“We are excited to move our corporate headquarters to the prestigious ASU Research Park. The new
building is a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility and we look forward to being here for many years to
come,” said Steve Kelley, Amkor’s President and CEO.
A leading global technology company, Amkor, is a natural fit at ASURP, Greater Phoenix’s premier
technology park. Amkor joins other notable technolgy companies at ASURP including Avnet, GoDaddy,
Edward Jones and Walgreens.

Tempe,” said Mayor Mark Mitchell. “We look forward to the great things that Amkor will continue to do
in its beautiful new headquarters and welcome them as part of our community.”

Ryan Companies has been the leading builder at ASURP, having constructed more than 50% of the
facilities at the Park.

grateful for that partnership,” Morgan R. Olsen, President of the ASU Research Park’s Board of Directors
and Executive Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of ASU said.

headquarters to the Park’s corporate roster reflects the value the Park provides, including a direct
