9,555-SF retail property at 51 E. Camelback sells for $1,775,000

A venture formed by Capital Development Southwest, Inc. (Jay Gold, President) and Lawrence & Geyser Development Corp. sold a 9,555 s.f. retail property at 51 E. Camelback for $1,775,000 to Camelback Central Station LLC.

The site is home to an existing Bank of America branch and a new Sauce restaurant that opened in September.

The seller was represented by Chad Tiedeman and Danny Gardiner of Phoenix Commercial Advisors and the buyer was represented by Greg Valladao of Cushman & Wakefield.
